A Rhode Island native, Cooper first moved to Oregon to attend Lewis & Clark Law School. Although she did not know it at the time, the Pacific Northwest was soon to become the place she calls home.
Cooper is an attorney who takes a passionate and mindful approach to advising her clients. She is thorough and responsive. Her unquenchable spirit, “No mountain is too high” philosophy, and honest work ethic is a powerful combination. At the end of the day, Cooper takes pride in knowing that she is invested in her clients and in ensuring that her clients can live out their dreams, crush their goals, and build solid foundations for success.
Cooper grounds her legal practice in Small Business and Nonprofit Law. Whether it be choosing the right entity for your business, negotiating or drafting a tailored contract to protect your interests, trademarking your brand, or establishing a tax-exempt organization to help make the world a better place, she's your gal. Cooper is licensed in Oregon, South Carolina and Washington.
When she is not practicing law, Cooper most enjoys indulging in Portland food trucks, sipping Oregon Pinot Noir, hiking everywhere (but especially around Mt. Hood), and taking nature and wildlife photographs.
